IANAB (bookkeeper) but I read between the lines by looking at the
prices of gas by volume. ~ = approximately. shrug

No. 9th-grade algebra. It comes to a $18.47 hookup fee and $.086/cft
for the gas. (That's for just two data points, of course.)

I show $21.99 for 20 cft.
Subtracting $18.47 hookup fee results in a $3.52 charge
for the gas.
Divide that by 20 cft and we get $0.176/cft, yes?

Put another way, an $18.47 hookup fee plus 20 cft of
gas at $0.086/cft is $20.19 rather than $21.99, yes?

What did I do wrong?
