Default Rather Cool from Boeing....


I remember back when airlines were trying to save money by stripping off all but essential paint. As I recall they saved several thousand a year in fuel costs. Wonder what has changed?

I don't know, but I heard that a fully painted 747 had a ton of paint on it.
