My guess would be ballet. Tough to find work today in that field, I would

Some college campuses do have a McDonald's, we had a Hardee's at our
University campus.

He might be qualified to teach the french fry guy how to suck the grease out
of the fryers at night. Now that's a good job if he could keep it!

There's lots of others educated just like him, with credential, who would
love to take that job away from him, you know.
