Former Ohio congressman James Trafficant - who was released from prison last
fall after serving seven years for racketeering, bribery, and tax evasion -
failed to petition his way onto the ballot for his old House seat after
thousands of signatures he gathered were declared invalid. Trafficant plans

beyond the west in checking "corruption," and have developed
a zero recidivism correction program for venal public
officials. In addition to Ohio, corrections officials from
Illinois and Rhode Island may wish to investigate this
program.
