Didn't the taxi driver know that what he did was illegal? The UK just

This is the second time this has happened since Hungerford in 1987. The
other incident was at Dunblane in 1996. Remind me how many times a year
does someone go ape**** in the US with a gun and shoot up their
workplace, school, or shopping mall?


Thats the first time in a few years that many people got killed, but
Britian has a rather large and growing shooting people problem.

For a nation that has "no guns" they certianly have a lot of gun crime,
eh wot?

Yeah, if they keep going, their gun crime rate will approach 1/3 of ours.
