That bill was introduced over a year ago, before Obama was even sworn in,
and it was Bobby Rush who introduced it. It has no co-sponsors and it's
clearly a local politics initiative to deal with the death of a kid on a bus
in Chicago, which raised a local uproar. It took over a year to even make it
to committee. It may never even come *out* of committee, and it surely will
die if it does.

OTOH, if you want to keep feeding the NAGR with your money, I'm sure they'll
periodically make a plea for funds to "fight" this "onerous" bill. Or
they'll write something that says they are. Or something. Maybe.
