Cargo in - people out. Same plane. It has to come back for more
cargo anyway, why do it empty?

Army engineers built runways in under a week during WW2 often in
hostile weather. If we want to open up air capacity, turn those lads
free to whack our a new one or two. Maybe we can charge it off as "on
the job" training to test our readiness.

I don't think the C B s (Construction Battalion) is still around to do it.

I think it's a conspiracy with Bush and Cheney, who actually caused the
earthquake in the first place.
