Erik,
First, AN fittings are not 45 degrees. They are 37.5 degrees and the
correct name for those fittings are JIC not AN. Secondly, the - number
refers to 1/16ths of ID of the tube or hose to be used. Thirdly, not
all hose fits all fittings of a given (-) dash number. Very often
fittings and hose are manufacturer specific of any flavor. Fittings
can be a logistic nightmare. You have not correctly identified your
requirement, but when you know. You can contact :

JIC is not the "correct" name. AN is a standard of it's own. The two may
be interchangeable for ordinary class work but AN uses a more precise
thread specification for aerospace work. Automobile enthusiasts are also
drawn to the often bright anodized aluminum colors found on many AN
fitings, plain old plated JIC doesn't have the go fast look to it...

The 45 angle he was referring to was the angle offset between the hose barb
and the threads, an elbow fitting is what he wants.

Drop by your local NAPA Auto Parts Store. If they don't have it,
they'll likely know someone who does.

Hmm, if you have to mail-order, JEGS might have them:
