Default A steel by any other name... (Steel Products Manual?)

Though I have my 25th edition of Machinery's Handbook at hand, IMHO,
the section on steel classes is terse. MH credited the American Iron and
Steel Institute with the data for the section, and SPM in particular.

Any sources for copies?
