I used it in a couple classes I had before I retired. I just wish they would make a blue tooth compatible aide. Mine are BTE's that the VA buys because I went to sick call with tinnitus. They told me the loud continuious noise I endured in the AF did not contribute to my hearing loss but I went to sick call for tinitus so they give me aides and 10% disability for that...I had to apply 3 times before they gave in but I felt that being told I couldn't be issued hearing protection as I didn't work on the flight line when I worked on the ends of the runway was worth hasseling them about. It was way stupid loud with F-4's scrambling over me. Sound pressure level so high it compresses your chest..but I don't get hearing protection?? Looking back I shoulda had somebudy buy some and send em to me. Did you file on your own, or through the DAV? -- And another motherboard bites the dust! |
