I don't know the brand but it looks to be a conventional tool and cutter
grinder with a motorized universal work head and tailstock. If salvageable,
certainly well worth the asking price with the tooling.

Now..if its clapped out....

may be an Edwards (english/us ) or THC brand (taiwan) from the fuzzy
pictures.

though using Zoom to blow up the pictures....$250-300 may be more in
line with its value.
