I run the nist ntp client and have it sync twice a day. Within a minute
or so is fine with me.



That would be find for most of us but I have a feeling Iggy uses his
programming skills to get a bid in as close to the last second as possible.
At least that is what I suspect.

My bidding program is JBidWatcher and I believe that it keeps its own,
separate time. It syncronizes it with eBay's official time.



You are likely right, would make more sense to sync with ebay for that
application.
