I've been fighting my ntp setup on w2k. Microsoft never released a patch to
deal with our Congresses futile attempt at playing with Daylight Savings
Time.

This fixed it:

Great. Makes me glad that I do not use it. I use linux and all I had
to do to get time working, was to type

sudo aptitude install ntp

There is a nice NTP program for Windows that works GREAT. I can find
out a link.
