never themselves.
However, this being a democracy with secret votes, I realize that we
both would end up paying reparations, something that is not fair, but
is acceptable to me.
So then one assumes you wish the US to pay reparations to Germany,
Japan and North Korea as well?

If you had a modicum of sense, you would have pointed out that
reparations are paid by the defeated nation. Then you added to the
stupdity by throwing in Korea, which was a United Nations action,
despite the fact that we bore that vast burden of fighting.
