Default fa: books on operations research and statistics, queuing, etc

there was a discussion some time back about queuing, regarding waiting for a
doctor, as I recall - this auction (from the library of a friend who is a
retired professor) offers some texts with the theory related to that
discussion (and of course some other stuff)
