Default Machinist in the Chicago--Aurora--Naperville - area?

A friend of mine has a few small jobs needed for restoring a vintage
farm tractor. He is getting outrageous quotes for simple things like
inserting a bushing or turning a sleeve for a shaft.

Does anyone know anyone in the Aurora, Warenville, Naperville,
Downer's Grove area ( west of Chicago) who might be a retired
hobbyist and would take on some small strange tasks? You can email me
directly if you have lead, -

Thanks for your consideration.
