Default How do you use this thing (engraver bit)

How do you properly use an engraving bit? I bought the RCS-125-2

I'm assuming you spin them pretty fast since the effective cutter diameter
is just about nil, depth of cut isn't going to be much since it is
engraving. I sure don't want my first attempt to start with a SNAP.
