MY servo powerfeed is not working.

I have a servo type power feed on my bridgeport. and it has an electrical
problem. it has good brushes. and the micro switch seem to go on an off. I do
not see the rehostas working but i do not now what it should raise and lower
the voltage to. does anybody have a schematic for these units.

Check your limit switch for the ends of the travel located on the table
(not in the box itself). If you run it hard against the switch it will
act as a hard stop and jam the internal microswitch. Just disassemble
and free it up.

I have some hand drawn prints I got from Lewis Harwick that I planned to
scan and put in the dropbox, never got done. Suppose I could get
somewhat motivated. But a sunny Sunday afternoon might get in the way of
that!

Hummm I wonder if it would fit on a Gorton 1-22?

i would like the hand drawn schematic. if you scan it i will post it if you
want. as for making an offer what size is the servo and what would be a
realistic figure.

If you still haven't gotten it fixed, check with these guys. The guy who
answers the phone knows his stuff. (His web site is a bit marginal but
I don't care about THAT!)
