Go to www.harborfreightusa.com and give them your email address (or one that
you've set up specifically for HF). Notice that www.harborfreight.com is
for their mail order company, and www.harborfreightusa.com is for their
retail stores.

The recent pattern has been a $5 off $35 coupon, then a 10% off entire order
coupon, then a 20% off one item coupon, with a 7-10 day gap between each
coupon.

I haven't received a 50% off coupon before.
