Default B`port power feed gear box part needed????

I ordered some new bearings for the gear box, but discovered another
problem. The "gear sleeve" shaft ( # F-58 on the Power Feed Attachment
drawing 10 )needs to be replaced. Somebody has had their hands in
there before. The 1.5 dia. collar is bent and cracked. I would like to
replace it, does anyone know where I could get one? I could fix it
with some TIG welding and lathe work if I had to go that route. Any
help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Craig
