FS:11" Logan, 12" Clausing lathes and Clausing 8530 Mill
 
In Omaha, NE.

Logan model 1915 11" x 24" belt drive bench lathe. 2 1/4" x 8tpi
spindle. Large 1 3/8 spindle bore. Single phase 3/4hp motor. Includes a
set of Armstrong lantern toolpost holders, lantern toolpost, Buck three
jaw chuck (missing one outside jaw), Sheldon four jaw chuck, drive
plate, homemade faceplates and steady rest, parts and owners manual, and
#2 Morse taper headstock bushing. Mounted on heavy steel tube stand.
Nice condition, ready to go to work. $975

Clausing model 5904 12" x 24" variable speed lathe. L00 spindle nose.
Spindle clutch and brake mounted on apron. Nice condition, variable
speed drive works fine, not noisy. Includes follow and steady rests that
have been adapted to the machine. Also includes shop made 5C handwheel
collet setup and chuck wrench, owners and parts manual. 2hp three phase
220v motor. $1275

Nice clean Clausing model 8530 vertical milling machine. 115v Single
phase 3/4hp motor. Includes original vise, Morse taper #2 collets from
1/8" to 1/2" (Royal and Hardinge), drawbar, knockout bar, drill chuck
and fine feed handwheel. Nice shape overall, the gearbox on the table
needs some repairs. $1650

There ya guys in Flyover Country go! Both are excellent lathes if in
good condition, capable of damned good work and will both run 5C
collets. The mill is also capable of decent work as well.

They do look pretty good. However, If someone turns that logan on they
are going to have a chuck key stuck in their forehead!
