Can you show me the telephone or cell phone that Washington and Lincoln
allowed surveillance on ? - So many ignorant and plain lying people to
get their point.

Washington clearly didn't. But tapping telegraph lines was common during
the civil war. They usually used a lineman's "pocket relay."

The Language
 
On a good day and if an Indian, bear, wind, neighbor or an act of God didn't
knock him (no ladies doing that job) down.

It was loose goose at the best. And it was under declared war. We are not under
declared war. Therefore any spying on U.S. Citizens must be reported in fact by
3 days.
