woodworker seeks metal advice for beading al sheet

I have a need for multiple half round beading along a 16 foot section of
Aluminum. I don't know if I used the correct term's so put another way, I
need several half rounds impressed into aluminum sheeting along a 16 foot
long piece.

I don't need to purchase commercial unit. Any ideas to perform this?

Thanks in advance
John

You didn't say how wide it is. If it's less than about 36" it's hard to
beat the bead roller / fabrication kit sold by Harbor Freight. The full
price is $180 but it's often on sale for $90-$100.

They also sell a fence for it to help you keep your beads straight.

You'll need a helper to turn the crank because with a piece 16' long you
won't be able to guide it and crank it yourself.

Overall width is 24 so I would need a 12 or 16 inch throat
