Looking for Plans to build a hydraulic power pack?

I am looking for plans and or ideas to build a hydraulic power pack

Requirements - 10 to 14 GPM, 2000 PSI, gas engine power.

Any Suggestions?

I don't have any links to plans etc, but how about an engine linked to an
automotive power steering pump?
