PLEASE NOTE THE TERM 'POLITICALLY INCORRECT' IS NOW CONSIDERED
OFFENSIVE TO POLITICIANS: No more brainstorming is allowed at the
Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Belfast, Ireland.
While staffers maybe, just maybe, will be allowed to think in groups,
they can't call it "brainstorming" anymore "on the grounds that it
may be deemed pejorative," a DETI spokeswoman says. How's that? The
word, they figure, might, just perhaps, be somehow offensive to
people with various brain disorders. Employees have been ordered to
use the term "thought-shower" instead. (London Observer) ...Sounds
reasonable, since apparently several managers there have a brain
disorder.

The term 'brainstorm' is an oxymoron when applied to politicians. Most
don't seem to have any.

Recent events in London wouldn't have made the second page if it had
happened in Tel Aviv. They endure those things almost every day. That
doesn't make the bombing any less horrendous.

"Thought-shower" would more closely fit the term "brainwashing" than
"brainstorming" IMHO.

I just sent one of my glare guards to Belfast. I hope it's safe there.
I'll see if the buyer will send photos of it in combat for my website.
Surprisingly, they bought basic black instead of the new camo version.

Ms Whitebread, the HR dragon at the old puzzlepalace, let us know
that the terms "spook project" and "black project" should not be used.
