are there different grades of titanium fixtures?

Hi,

I put a post up earlier int he week regarding a titanium (maybe) bolt
I'm planning to use for stock, but I haven't seen any responses...
Does anyone know where I can get some information on bolts marked TI 2
and UT?
Does titanium fixtures come in differnt grades?
