V-Belt question

Is M-23 V-belt is the same as 3L230
and
M-25 is the same as 3L250

I understand that section is the same it's just the rating that is
different.
M is for industrial and 3L is for fractional H/P

Am I right?

You're probably right, but realize that a 3L250 belt is not the same as
a 3L230 belt. One is 5" longer than the other, which makes a major
difference in some applications.

Actually it's 2" longer.
3/8" X 23.0" vs 3/8" X 25.0"
