Default Water Heater Question

Have a 10-year old, 40 gallon, Reliance Sta-Kleen 502 water heater. On the
bottom circumference, there is a white powdery substance coming from the
seam.
(Looks like corrosion on a battery terminal).
Time to replace? Any need for immediate concern?
Thanks
