Replacing old Dishwasher part 2 question?

The water supply line to the old dishwasher is copper tubing, now the
copper tubing doesnt match up to the new inlet water area on the new
dishwasher. Do I have to replace copper tubing now to match up, or
can a rubber hose section work?

ITs probably hot water coming into the dishwater, so rubber tubing
isnt a good idea.

You are better off with copper but they offer braided flexible supply lines
at places like Home Depot. These are good for DIY. Make sure you get the
right size and you'll need a tubing cutter and thread sealer to finish the
job. If you go with this method keep the flexible line away from any
uninsulated terminals that are under the dishwasher.

Hi,

can a rubber hose section work?

Never! Don't!

dishwasher.

Can it be bent/manipulated to match the new one?

If you replace it use a SS line as they are flexable and very easy to
work with.
