painting cedar panel
 

I was told by the colour co-ordinator consultant that I can light sand
down the vanish of cedar panel. Then water based undercoat and water
based gloss paint over the cedar panel. Would it work?
This is different from the other post about repair cedar panel back to
the wood look.
