€œThe firefighters knocked down his door and the body was laying exactly
where my fan is underneath. He had carpet but the blood seeped through to
my ceiling,€� Cardenas said.

Cardenas said she went to stay in a hotel for a few nights, but the
episode has left her traumatized and shes looking for a new apartment.

Cardenas was awakened around 4 a.m. by the blood dripping on her.

€œIt was awful, an awful impact,€� Cardenas told the outlet.

The clotting cascade begins with the first damage to the vein. These
will be microscopic, with platelets beginning to stick together. More
and more platelets will stick together to form a web to contain the
cells. Within minutes, you would see definite changes in the blood, with
visible clot formation. In an hour or so, the clotting would be
complete. The clot would be contracted and you would see definite
separation of the plasma from the blood. In a couple of hours, you would
be able to pick the clot out from the bowl of plasma. The clot would be
very firm and complete.

I agree that the story is nonsense, but ftr, you switched from
discussing blood to discussing that part of the blood that clots. Your
next to last sentence refers to a bowl of plasma, and all the original
fabulist has to say is that that's what was dripping down.

I dont' know how long plasma stays liquid, -- not long I think, no
longer than any water-based liquid -- but you didn't get around to
dealing with that.


Could look like blood but be a mix of other body fluids. A bladder can
hold up to a quart of urine.
