You are correct in one way - this virus is a real spreader
and " prevention " is quite difficult .. but ..

__most__ people know that the public safety measures are designed
to __slow down__ the spread, while keeping some essential services
and businesses running safely .. as safe as possible

Public safety has never required HEALTHY people to wear masks at their
own risk. Sick people wear masks - not healthy people. Noone can stop
one person from getting sick.

Even in jurisdictions where the imposed restrictions are widely
accepted by the population, the second wave is taxing the
hospital ICUs. like here in southern Ontario Canada
Nit-picking at all the little peripheral issues and the minor
hypocrisies inherent in the restrictions doesn't change the basic
facts - hospitals and care-homes and all their overworked

Healthcare workers get PAID W/BENEFITS to work in hospitals and care
homes. They are doing the job they are PAID WELL to do. So what if
they get tired and feel overworked? EVERYONE feels that way at some
point in their various jobs, too.

stressed-out workers are in peril - we should all help.
We should all care.
We should all show that we care.
John T.

Doing what you're PAID well to do is no surprise, but for some reason
people seem to think healthcare workers are special because they "get
tired, or feel overworked."

So, all those people in hospitals are sick? And they let them operate
on people?

Evidently, according the whiny liberals and complaining healthcare workers.

Nice. So now the brave healthcare workers risking their own lives to save
people with Covid are just whiny complainers. Many have already died in
the line of duty. Thanks for displaying more of your good Christian values
of compassion and representing for the cult of Trump. Is that what Jesus
would do?

How is DOING THE JOB YOU ARE PAID TO DO equivalent to bravery?

And THAT says it all about your morality. You probably say the same
about every dead cop, fireman, soldier, and have no interest in helping
protect those people either. You probably think speed limits and stop
signs infringe your constitutional rights.
