If I was robbed on the street I'd not call a cop. I'd get a social
worker and he would talk the guy out of robbing me and then he would
turn his life around. Don't you think that would have a better result?

The proper statement is 'a person here is having trouble breathing.
Please send an EMT.'

script to help the dispatcher more fully assess the situation. Try not
to respond with anything like 'I think the problem may be the 230 grain
