Kerik says Rayshard Brooks 'would be alive today if he didn't resist and he didn't disarm the police officers' https://www.foxnews.com/media/bernar...-disarm-police At what point did Rayshard Brooks disarm the officer? I wonder how the officer shot Mr Brooks without his gun. what I found interesting is that the officer feared for his life from a "tool" that is distributed as "non-lethal" |

Simple, if the man shot the officer with the taser, the man could simply walk over and take the officers gun and start shooting real bullets. You just have to look at the big picture. I don't think anyone else has brought this out. There were two cops. -- Bod -- This email has been checked for viruses by AVG. https://www.avg.com |

In my opinion, Dindu Nuffin' lost all his rights when he started resisting arrest. Fire a weapon at a cop, you'll likely go to the morgue.Â* And that's as it should be. |

It happens that Ralph Mowery formulated :

I don't think anyone else has brought this out. I have brought that up several times in other cases. A cop also has a duty to protect his gun from being taken by a perpetrator. |

I don't think anyone else has brought this out. except there were two cops and the tazer only has one "load" - so giventhe 1 in a thousanf (being charitable here) chance he could actually HIT the copm and the less than 50% chance he'f hit something other than the cop's protective clothing - the chances of him getting the gun would be approaching one in a million |

Then they should not be using "open holsters" and they should not have the gun out od the holster when the situation does not clearly require it's use. Your southern cops unholster their gun for traffic stops. If a Canadian cop unholsters his gun - he has paperwork to do. (and that still doesn't stop cops being stupid) |

How about if he thought it was his gun or he was unsure? |
