Theres more. In a story about CHAZ, the website used a photo of a
neighborhood on fire with the headline €œCRAZY TOWN,€� a chaotic-looking
scene. The photo, along with the headline, certainly gives the
impression that CHAZ is a lawless hotbed of violence and destruction.

Except the neighborhood in the photo isnt CHAZ. It isnt even in
Seattle. Its an image from St. Paul, Minn., taken in May.

After removing the photos, Fox News added an editors note to the stories:

€œA FoxNews.com home page photo collage which originally accompanied this
story included multiple scenes from Seattles €˜Capitol Hill Autonomous
Zone and of wreckage following recent riots. The collage did not
clearly delineate between these images, and has since been replaced. In
addition, a recent slideshow depicting scenes from Seattle mistakenly
included a picture from St. Paul, Minnesota. Fox News regrets these errors.€�

Glancing at the chart for the first time, my initial question was, 'Where
is Infowars? Where is Fox News?" Golly gee, Infowars is pegged against the
lower right corner, straining the boundary of the chart. Fox News did a
little better, but still managed to land in the "Propaganda, Nonsense
damaging to public discourse" category. Most of my usual sources are in the
top central green section, but a few, including CNN, surprised me by being
placed lower than I expected.
