Lawnmower battery
How long should it take to charge a lawnmower battery @ 40 amps? And what happens to a battery when it is being charged?? Thanx all

Second , it depends on the starting state of charge , the A/H capacity of the battery , and how many amps you're charging at . What happens is that the electricity makes chemical changes to the lead plates and electrolyte . And it should take a few hours to charge, if it's going from mostly empty. The charge rate goes down as it charges. |
