Default Minimize effect of IR on security images

The IR bulbs are great for nighttime surveillance but not really needed when there is ample light.

As you can see, in this image the IR light is reflecting off the blinds.

Is there a way to minimize that effect?

Either remove the blinds, open them all the way or move the camera outside.
