Default Tighten carriage screws

I need to use carriage screws with bolt heads through hole in a steel frame to
underside of new wood stair treads The screws will be m8 or 10 and 30mm
long. Is there something like an electric screwdriver to tighten them as I
will be working by touch only on the lower ones near the floor and bolting
them upward. I dont relish the thought of using an ordinary spanner on the 100
plus screws that will be needed

There are nut driver sockets that fit into impact drivers.

https://www.amazon.com/Neiko-10250A-Magnetic-Quick-Change-12-Piece/dp/B00B1YN6RS/ref=sr_1_5?crid=T3EYFPADYPD3&keywords=impact+drive r+socket+set&qid=1557707180&s=gateway&sprefix=impa ct+driver+%2Caps%2C199&sr=8-5

These might help:
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=impact+driver+socket+adapters&hvadid=783402785 70469&hvbmt=be&hvdev=c&hvqmt=e&tag=mh0b-20&ref=pd_sl_2nq2w784sr_e

And ratchet wrenches:
https://www.amazon.com/GearWrench-9416-Metric-Master-Ratcheting/dp/B0002NYD1W/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=ratchet+wrench&qid=1557707021& s=gateway&sr=8-5
I'm pretty sure Harbor Freight has them too. One time use and
light duty would
make those acceptable.

I have a flexible right angle drive that fits my cordless impact
driver - 1/4" hex -and an adapter to 3/8 square drive. Using socket
spin the nuts on till they are snug - then finish with ratcheting box
end wrench.

HF has a three-set thumb ratchet. Put a socket on it They work okay in
a tight spot, the quality...well guess.. I only used the 1/4" once and
now the live in the tool box.
