Stumpie says that seeking asylum in the US is a "big fat con job".
What's really a big fat con job is Stumpie himself.
Literally on every word.

On this, Trump is absolutely right. Only a small minority of those seeking
asylum qualify under the law. Even under the lib expansion, where judges
disregarded the law and opened the doors, only a minority qualify. Meanwhile
American TAXPAYERS are footing the bill for this charade, where we pay for
detention, foster child care, providing lawyers for them. Later, many have
a kid and then qualify for welfare. Many of your lib cities provide them
with freebies, regardless of their status. Why do libs
like to bend over and take it up the ass from illegal aliens? Why can't
you understand that hundreds of millions would come here seeking "asylum"
and that we have no obligation and it would be a disaster to accept them?

Upon what legal basis do you make this claim? What evidence can you provide
to back up this assertion?

Look up a reliable source and report back to us. You would not trust
what we said even if true.

1) I didn't ask you.
2) Assertions without evidence are simply empty rhetoric.

I'm guessing that your IRS Form 1040 Line 10 is 0 or less.

Irrelevant that you did not ask me because you made the opposite
assertion without evidence.

No, I made no assertion. Read the above again, for comprehension.

Obviously you libs don't follow the news or care about the facts, or you'd
know it's true. It's been widely reported. Google broken?

Here, from US News, is that lib enough to be credible?

https://www.usnews.com/news/national...ylum-in-the-us

Many, or even most, people who present themselves at the border seeking asylum do not have their petitions granted.

The percentage of asylum-seekers who have seen their requests rejected gradually fell from 1996 to 2012, when it began to tick up. In fiscal 2017, the number of rejections – 30,179, or 61.8 percent – was the highest since 2005 and up from 44.5 percent in 2012.

From fiscal 2011 through fiscal 2016, almost 90 percent of asylum seekers from Mexico were rejected. Over the same period, people from El Salvador were denied 83 percent of the time, 80 percent of cases from Hondurans were denied, as were 77 percent from Guatemala.

And what US News won't tell you is that some lib judges have totally perverted
the law. US law says that simply fleeing your country because it's not a
swell place, has too much crime, too few jobs, isn't a valid basis for asylum.
Federal law says the basis is persecution over their race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group.
Some silly libs, ignorant of the facts and the law, decided that women and
children are members of a "social group". Do you think for one minute that
those writing the laws intended that? So, you have women saying their country
is too violent and they are being targeted by "gangs" because they are women.
