Cute, Joe - but that is what homeowners' insurance is for - protecting people
who are too stupid to pay attention to their home appliances. Actually 10
years is more likely the life span of a properly maintained tempering tank (if
you use a double isolation heat exchange system - with the proper fluids - 60
years may be do-able, but I none-the-less doubt it.)
