Imports from the EU now flow in no problem. UK members of the public pay
VAT at source. Businesses can opt to not pay VAT.

After Brexit no VAT will be paid at source but customs and the clearing
agency will charge like this.

Items over £15

Clearing agency ~ £10-£12
Customs VAT at UK rate.

Items over I forget but about £100

+ 2.5% import duty.
