PANMUNJOM, North Korea - Lt. Col. Hwang Myong Jin has been a guide on the
northern side of the Demilitarized Zone that divides the two Koreas for five
years. He says it's gotten quieter here since the summits between North
Korean leader Kim Jong Un and the presidents of South Korea and the United
States, in perhaps the last place on Earth where the Cold War still burns
hot.
"A lot of things have changed. Listen to how quiet it is," he said as he
stood on the balcony of a large building overlooking the blue and white
barracks and concrete demarcation line that mark the boundary between North
and South.

"The South used to blast psychological warfare propaganda at us," he said.
"But since the summits, they have stopped. Now there is a peaceful
atmosphere here."

Indeed, all is quiet - deceptively so - in the DMZ these days.

Yes, deceptively so. And why not? KJU just got treated like a respected
head of state, NK got elevated to equal status with the USA. That's
something neither his father, nor his grandfather could achieve, because
no us president was foolish enough to cave in. Trump just did. So,
while KJU has only halted testing, not development and manufacturing,
Trump struts around pretending that NK is rapidly denuclearizing
because he signed a vague, BS agreement that only says NK will take
steps toward denuclearization, without even defining what that means.
Meanwhile, the sanctions are rapidly declining with China and Russia
now slowly removing them. The "maximum pressure is gone". Trump
cancelled our joint exercises with SK, a demand that NK has had for
decades. So, yes it's quiet at the DMZ, but little has really changed
and you'd have to be a fool to believe Trump's statement that the threat
of nukes from NK is now gone. Do you believe that, or are you man enough
to admit that he's really either a big liar or out of his mind?

Condoms have moved out of the bedroom and into the air in the Gaza
Strip, where they’ve become the newest weapon against Israel.

Sometimes tied together for added buoyancy, the inflated prophylactics
are attached to gas-soaked rags, other burning items or explosive
devices, then flown over the border like balloons into southern Israel,
where they set fire to farmlands and nature reserves.

Despite the conservative nature of Gazan society, especially under the
rule of the Islamist Hamas movement, condoms are widely available in
local pharmacies. They’ve joined an array of airborne incendiary devices
dispatched across the border that have caused millions of shekels in damage.

An estimated 6,000 acres have been destroyed in hundreds of blazes
caused by flaming kites, helium balloons, and now condoms, according to
Israeli officials. Some of the fires have burned as long as 10 hours,
firefighters say, ruining crops and killing wildlife.

The military has struggled to deal with these crude but effective
weapons. It initially employed drones to take them down as they cross
the border, but hundreds eluded the high-tech challenge.

The military has since moved on to trying to deter the launches through
warning shots and airstrikes on facilities of the Hamas militant group
that runs Gaza. In recent days, the fire department has reported a drop
in blazes.

Traitor_4ever, why haven't you gone to Washington D.C., taken over and fixed everything? We need the smartest most morally superior people running the government. Save us Traitor_4ever! Save us! O_o

You might as well copy and paste every reply to this topic you make, to
save all of your typing. You say the same thing with every post.

Why don't you butt out?

Your country isn't doing so good, with knives, rape, Londonstan.

Any more of your groups I should mis-post to?
