More importantly they should be tracking down the 100,000 felons who applied to buy a gun and failed the federal check. They committed a felony, but the federal govt has only prosecuted a few dozen. That would immediately get a bunch of previous felons who tried to buy guns off the street. |

They don't want to do that or they would have to admit their database is so corrupted with bad data that most of those denials are false hits. |

Have you never experience the paradigm of a minority changing something for a majority? Most of our laws exist because of a minority who behave irresponsibly. That is where our nation is at with regard to firearms. American society is no longer going to bear the burden of placating gunstrokers. It is not going to happen immediately, but it is going to happen. Each massacre moves us closer to the inevitable. Until people like you come up with truly effective solutions instead of inane distractions, the nation will continue to run towards the sound of the guns so they can be silenced forever.
