I'm not afraid; besides the link told me it was "Waterproof packing
paper". I didn't know such an item existed. And I've never got a wet
package delivered. I learned something but will not likely ever need
the product :-)

No no.. I really wanna the proper item name for it because I failed to
find it in Amazon.

My parents' factory used to insert them into carton boxes to ship our
brass products. My parents called them "防水紙" in Cantonese.

Totally different color and texture.

Do US factories and shops use those green "waterproof packing paper"?
Are they only available in Hong Kong? Now that's interesting....

Anyway, is the translation for "防水紙" correct?

The question was: "Will freezer paper work?"

I have no clue what you want to use it for, so I have no clue if color and texture matter.

OK, I am answering that part:

I have **NEVER**touched nor seen nor heard of those freezer papers.

How could I tell whether they worked like "green waterproof paper (防水紙)"
? :)
