That is more a testament of how bad New York cops can shoot. They seldom hit anything they are shooting at. "Cops opened fire, hitting Allen three times in the left leg and once in the left arm, cops said." I bet a dozen or more rounds didn't hit anything but unintended targets down range. They had a shoot out with a guy in Manhattan and hit 11 bystanders a while ago. |
