'double line' string trimmer question
ive got one of those string trimmer that feeds two lines out. its a pain to
mess with the spool when wrapping the two lines, you have to measure it, its just a pain. i dont see any reason not to just use it as a single line spool running only one thread and pushing it out only one hole... any specific reasons not to do this? randy |

It would be out of balance and hard on the bearings. And that single string would probably wear twice as fast. You know you don't really have to measure it all that close, don't you? Just trim to the same length when you are done. Bob |
