Colorado town keeping its roads clean with toilet paper
Oren posted for all of us...
"Bewildered residents wonder why toilet paper is being spread all over town" http://www.denverpost.com/2016/11/03/littleton-tps-its-own-streets-as-a-way-to-fill-its-cracks-single-ply-only/ "...Littleton is using bathroom tissue as part of an effort to seal the myriad cracks that plague road surfaces in this city. It is tackling 120 streets with this bottoms-up tactic." [...] "It?s not clear how many communities in Colorado rip from the roll when it comes time to blot the crack." Hmm, my mind is blank for a good retort... Can't use talc because that contains asbestos. I wonder if they go mobile to wipe your crack... Probably got the homeless confused. They should do this in PA because our roads are ****. -- Tekkie |
