Replacement Gas Water Heater

Be careful of the tankless water heaters, they cost a lot and often
when more then one person uses hot water in the home, people get
suprising spurts of cold water because the tankless can't keep up with
the load. What ever you do, if your waiting for hot water at your
faucet, check out www.RedyTemp.com they've got the only real instant
hot water recirculator and when compared to the others, there is no
competition.

All the best,

Richard

My 50 gallon Kenmore gas water heater is ten yearsd old. Moisture can be
found around the front of base of the water heater. I think it's time to
replace it.
Any recommendations for replacemnt water heaters? What should I be looking
for in a replacement water?

Mike

If you have the money an aquastar tankless 165000 btu gas will save you
at least 20 % on utilities. In tank , pilotless and look for the
highest R value the aquastar will out last a tank 2 to 1
