Be careful of the tankless water heaters, they cost a lot and often
when more then one person uses hot water in the home, people get suprising spurts of cold water because the tankless can't keep up with the load. What ever you do, if your waiting for hot water at your faucet, check out www.RedyTemp.com they've got the only real instant hot water recirculator and when compared to the others, there is no competition.
