Tough dual layer wallpaper removal
 

Several variations of configuration but clever concept that works. We
used DIF in hot water sprayed after Tiger punching holes with lots of
plastic on the floor, messy though effective.

You're right....some warm soapy water and elbow grease and this little
device works pretty well.
