The issue is States' Rights
 

I'm tired of all those Northerners, lIberals, "proGRESSives", and
pinkos claiming slavery was the reason for the War between the States,
the "Civil War" they call it when there was nothing civil about it.

The reason was States' Rights, for damn sure.

And what was the Right the states had that the Republicans and the
Feds wanted to take away from Southern states? It was the right to
have slaves, of course.

Hmmm. Maybe they have a point.

I agree with you that slavery was by far the biggest states rights issue
that caused the South to want to secede, but it wasn't the only issue.
They had disagreement on trade and tariffs, with the South's economy
based on agriculture, while the North's was moving toward manufacturing,
industrialization, etc. and the South felt they were being treated unfairly
on those issues too.

Certainly as much as the federal government's "right" to kill the
indians and take their land AFTER the 13, 14 and 15th amendment.

The same heros who won the civil war led in this effort. Maybe we
should take down all of their memorials too.

We should purge everything that reminds anyone of anything that could offend someone except heterosexual Caucasian males and Southerners who don't count. o_O

Folks forget The Confederate States of America was a nation, had its

Hey, don't pick on my REAL African friends. All the REAL African gals I know are adorable and REAL Africans don't identify with and necessarily like Negro Americans because of their general attitude and rudeness. When I asked one of my REAL Africans friends from Nigeria how long a Hommie from da hood would last if he were to visit Africa and run his mouth at a cop. He said da Hommie's body might be found some day. Me and my brother know a lot of REAL Africans here in Alabamastan, there are even some Caucasian REAL Africans here. Most of whom are from South Africa. ^_^
